In the 1968 Eastern Conference Finals, the Celtics reversed the 76ers after 1-3 behind and eventually won the championship.
In 1970, the Lakers reversed the 3-1 lead of the Suns in the second round in the Western Conference; in 1979, the Washington Bullets reversed the Spurs in the Eastern Conference Finals.
